Opun Every Day of the Year
I was approached by my brother, an elementary school teacher with a serious case of dad humor, to help him put together a book of some of his most groan-inducing puns. He wanted it to appeal to kids his students’ age, but also be enjoyed by their parents.
The book is structured around the calendar year, with many of the puns being themed around a particular season. For the chapter dividers I selected my favorites from each month and paired them with bold, colorful illustrations that match the silly and friendly tone of the material.
